Culinary Artists, Wayland Green and Kirstie du Toit have created a scrumptious buffet Christmas Lunch on December 25th with an array of various dishes on offer to ensure the whole family are catered for.
The menu includes a Soup of the Day – Split Pea Soup with Garlic Croutons before the main meal, spread out in full buffet style.
Expect a delectable feast from Roast Leg of Lamb with Mint Sauce; Spinach, Herb & Nut stuffed Chicken Galantine with Onion Gravy; Honey & Mustard Glazed Gammon; Mixed Seafood Casserole, Potatoes, Corn and Carrots; Green Pepper, Mushroom & Green Beans; Cauliflower Cheese; Maple Butternut, Carrot & Pumpkin Seeds to Braised Cabbage & Potato; Balsamic & Honey Roast Vegetables; Buttery Mashed Potatoes; Roast Baby Potatoes, Onion & Herb; as well as Aubergine, Baby Marrow & Marinara Pasta Bake.
For the healthy salad lovers, there will be a Design a Salad station with lettuce; Marinated Feta Balls; Basil Cherry Tomato’ Pickled Beetroot; Cucumber; Assorted Nuts & Seeds; Olives; Curried Fish; Roast Red Inion; Roast Mixed Peppers; Bread Rolls with assorted Sauces & Vinaigrette, sure to suit every taste.
