Granny Mouse Country House & Spa in the Midlands recently launched a new menu for its newly refurbished Bistro restaurant.
The exciting menu offers a range of new recipes with a wider selection prepared by Head Chef, Ryan Brand, from starters to lunch items to dinner and desserts.
Introduced into the starter menu are items such as sesame seed chicken satays with peanut sauce, salt and pepper calamari with pepperdew pesto, as well as a number of other choices to tickle your taste buds.
For the lunch time visitors, a range of burgers, open sandwiches, salads can be ordered with stunning twists on all your favourites!
Chef Ryan is a force to be reckoned with in the kitchen and this love for food is portrayed in every dish that he serves. His knowledge and expertise ranges over all food styles, and highlights one of his favourite dishes and recommends to guests to try the whole grilled midlands trout on roast tomato risotto with rocket tomato salad with the ingredients all coming from the area – local is lekker!
