32 year old Green, originally from Glenwood in Durban, received his training through the Hotel Training Academy from 2002 to 2004, where he completed studies in Food Preparation, French, Food Costing as well as Food Theory. He has many years of culinary knowledge, having worked at Woodridge Country Estate, Figata Food Emporium, owned his own catering company and was head chef at Fudart until he was given the opportunity to work at Granny Mouse.
A firm favourite among the guests for his culinary excellence, make sure you’re at the Mall for the two shows featured on Saturday 1st October at 11am and Sunday 2nd October at 1pm.
